Canuck Warranty & Claims Policy
Warranty Coverage
At Canuck, we stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship.
All Canuck-branded products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and manufacturing under normal use and maintenance.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural failures due to defective materials
- Components that fail under normal operating conditions
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper use, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Accidental damage, impact, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear, including brushes, hoses, resin, filters, and consumable components
- Damage caused by freezing, chemical exposure, or improper storage
- Commercial use beyond the intended design specifications
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Product serial number (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Canuck reserves the right to inspect, repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping products to Canuck for warranty evaluation unless otherwise approved. If a warranty claim is accepted, Canuck will cover the cost of return shipping within Canada.
Limitation of Liability
Canuck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, downtime, property damage, or labor costs arising from the use or inability to use its products.
Canuck reserves the right to amend this Warranty & Claims Policy at any time without prior notice.
